Establishing Shot: shows an entire area.
Long shot: a full view of an object or character.
Medium Shot: too close to be a long shot, but too far away to be a close up. kind of like a school picture.
eye level shot: the camera is lined up with the subject's eyes or where it would have eyes.
Close up shot: The camera is close to the subject's face.
Birds eye shot: the object is viewed from above, as if by a bird.
Worms Eye Shot: The scene is viewed from below, as if the camera were a worm.
Extreme close up: the camera is focused on a specific detail of the face.
Point of View shot: the shot is through a character's eyes. almost any image could be this.
Over The shoulder Shot: The camera is placed behind the "shoulder" of an object.
